Blackbridge CCBS and Community & Sports Hub
We had the pleasure of working closely with Blackbridge CCBS to develop the brand identity for the new Blackbridge Community and Sports Hub in Gloucester, alongside a series of vibrant murals and signage.

The branding
With a brand new facility on the horizon, Blackbridge Charitable Community Benefit Society asked us to create an updated brand identity for them which included a logo for their new Blackbridge Community and Sports Hub in Gloucester. The branding needed to feel modern and welcoming, while representing the Podsmead community.
The final designs feature hand-drawn lettering enclosed within a speech bubble, a choice that brings warmth, personality, and approachability to the brand. This style ensures the identity appeals to all ages, while the speech bubble links to the social element of the charity and symbolises connection, conversation, and community spirit – perfectly capturing what Blackbridge stands for.
The colour palette is a modernised version of their original colour palette and the vibrant colours used throughout let people know that Blackbridge spaces are fun and welcoming.
We were delighted that we also got to meet HRH The Princess Royal when she opened Blackbridge Community and Sports Hub and it made our day when she said she loved the murals!
The Murals
Alongside the new brand identity for the Hub, Mint + Mabel created wayfinding murals, feature murals and sign design throughout Blackbridge Community and Sports Centre in Gloucester.
The Marketing Material
We created designs for a variety of promotional materials for Blackbridge Charitable Community Benefit Society including flyers and pull up roller banners.
