Mint + Mabel is a creative studio offering murals, design and illustration within Gloucestershire and across the UK. We are Hattie + Erin, we are Gloucester based mural artists and have 20 years of combined design experience with a mission to transform spaces both inside and out. We offer our creative expertise to design and paint murals for schools, community spaces, offices and more across the UK. We have now painted over 50 murals for a variety of clients, including Cheltenham Literature Festival and ASK Italian.
Murals are large-scale, visually captivating artworks that have the power to transform the atmosphere within a room. We can create artwork in a range of styles and will work closely with you to design a bespoke mural to fit your space.

Introducing Erin
I have loved anything arty for as long as I can remember and always aspired to become an artist. I created my first mural on the desk of our local climbing centre when I was a teen and went on to create murals professionally. Originally from Stoke-on-Trent, I got my degree in Graphic Design at the University of Gloucestershire and I then met Hattie whilst working in a Cheltenham design studio. I love the mindful element of painting and designing, it is so relaxing to be solely focused on the work. It feels amazing to take a blank canvas and create something visual that really resonates with the client. I genuinely love the work we do at Mint + Mabel, using our design experience to paint murals across the UK.
Introducing Hattie
My love of design and interiors began as a child being obsessed with Changing Rooms (the one that made Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen famous). I had always dreamt of being an interior designer and transformed my first space when I was 10 years old by making my Wendy House a nautical paradise, complete with hand-painted dolphin murals. I went off to uni in Nottingham and did my BA (hons) in Graphic Design and now have over 15 years experience as a professional Graphic Designer. My love of interior design has always been flourishing in the background and I am very excited that through our Mint + Mabel projects, we transform spaces with mine and Erin's combined expertise.
